Drivesthetics — Shipping & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with Drivesthetics. This policy explains how we process, ship, and fulfil our orders, and how exchanges and returns work. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms set out below.
1. Order Processing
• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
• You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed, and a separate notification with tracking details once it has shipped.
• Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
• If we are unable to fulfil an item in your order (e.g. due to stock issues with our supplier), we will notify you by email and offer a refund, substitute, or the option to wait for restock.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. They begin from the date of dispatch, not the date the order is placed. Delays caused by customs, courier disruptions, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control may extend these timeframes.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
3. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
• International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or local taxes imposed by the destination country.
• These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost.
• Drivesthetics is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
4. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
• If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us before opening a dispute so we can investigate with the courier.
• If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging.
• Claims for lost or damaged shipments must be reported within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
5. Exchanges & Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, we offer the following options within 14 days of delivery:
Eligibility
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags/accessories included.
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all exchanges and returns.
• Items marked as final sale, personalised etc. are not eligible for exchange or return.
How to Request an Exchange or Return
• Email cartierbusiness.a@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery, including your order number and reason for the request.
• Our team will confirm eligibility and provide instructions on how and where to send the item back.
• Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your exchange or refund.
Who Pays for Return Shipping?
• If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, Drivesthetics covers the cost of return shipping.
• If you are exchanging or returning an item for any other reason (e.g. change of mind, wrong size), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds
• Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
• Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except where the return is due to our error.
6. Order Cancellations
• Orders can be cancelled free of charge if they have not yet entered processing or shipped.
• Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must instead follow the exchange/return process above.
